    Terms & Conditions

    Last Updated: October 2026

    1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kaybo Digital website, services, and related communications (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing this website, submitting a contact or booking form, or agreeing to work with Kaybo Digital, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the website or the Services.

    2. Description of Services

Kaybo Digital provides website design, website hosting and maintenance, CRM and lead-management configuration, business automation, reputation and review systems, and related digital infrastructure for service businesses. The specific deliverables included in any engagement are defined in your individual service agreement and depend on the plan or project scope you select. Nothing on this website is a guarantee of any particular business result, revenue, or number of leads.

    3. Service Agreements

Each client engagement is governed by a separate signed service agreement. The pricing and commitment terms described here are general summaries and may be modified for individual projects.

    Standard Plans

    • $0 setup fee — your website build is included in your monthly plan.
    • An initial three-month minimum commitment for new customers.
    • Monthly billing at your agreed subscription rate.
    • After the initial three-month term, service continues month-to-month until canceled according to your agreement.

    Founding-Client Offer (when available)

    • $0 setup fee.
    • No minimum commitment.
    • Monthly billing from the start.
    • Cancellation before your next billing renewal, subject to the notice process agreed in your service agreement.

Founding-client terms are a separate promotional offer and do not automatically apply to standard plans. Any promotional or discounted pricing is agreed in writing before work begins.

    4. Billing, Renewal, and Cancellation

Clients are billed monthly at the rate in their service agreement. For standard plans, the three-month minimum commitment applies; clients may cancel after that term by notifying Kaybo Digital before their next renewal date. Cancellation requests may be sent to support@kaybodigital.com. The specific cancellation terms, including any notice requirements, are set in your signed agreement.

Cancellation does not automatically refund fees already paid for the current billing period, and any remaining obligations under the initial commitment remain subject to your agreement and applicable law.

    5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information, timely content and approvals, and reasonable access required to deliver the Services. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you supply and for complying with applicable laws in your own business operations.

    6. Intellectual Property & Website Ownership

Ownership of your domain registration remains with you when it is registered in your name. The specific terms governing website files, hosting, third-party accounts, and any transfer of materials are addressed in your individual service agreement. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Kaybo Digital's underlying tools, templates, or proprietary systems to you.

    7. SMS / Text Messaging

Where SMS messaging is part of your Services, the following terms apply. Messages may include alerts, reminders, confirmations, follow-up, and other service-related communications. Message frequency varies and standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.

To opt out of SMS communications at any time, reply "STOP" to any message. For assistance, reply "HELP". Kaybo Digital does not guarantee that messages will be delivered without delay or failure, as delivery may be affected by factors outside our control.

Additional SMS messaging terms and consent details are available in our Privacy Policy.

    8. Third-Party Services

The Services may involve or connect to third-party tools and platforms, such as hosting providers, calendar and CRM platforms, payment processors, and communication services. Each third party operates under its own terms and privacy practices, and Kaybo Digital is not responsible for their separate policies or performance.

    9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kaybo Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our liability is limited as described in your individual service agreement.

    10. Changes to These Terms

Kaybo Digital may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through this website or by direct communication where feasible. Your continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

    11. Contact Information

For any questions about these Terms, please contact Kaybo Digital at support@kaybodigital.com.

These Terms are provided for general informational purposes and are not a substitute for legal advice. They should be reviewed with your own attorney before reliance. Individual client engagements are governed by their signed service agreements, which control in the event of any conflict.
